Methodology
How we test
- HPLC purity
- Reverse-phase HPLC at 220nm with C18 column. Each batch is run in triplicate; the lowest reading is reported.
- Mass-spec identity
- LC-MS confirms the molecular weight of the active compound matches the theoretical mass (±2 Da).
- Bacterial endotoxin
- LAL assay; pass threshold <0.1 EU/mg.
- Bioburden
- Total aerobic microbial count; pass threshold <10 CFU/g.
