What exactly does KineticPep sell?
KineticPep is a supplier of lyophilized peptides for laboratory research use only. All products are sold for in-vitro applications by qualified researchers. We do not supply, recommend, or support human, veterinary, therapeutic, or cosmetic use of our products.
What is the purity of your peptides?
Every batch is tested at ≥99% HPLC purity by an independent analytical laboratory. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request by emailing info@kineticpep.com.
Can I see the Certificate of Analysis before buying?
Yes. Email info@kineticpep.com with the product name and we will send you the most recent batch COA within 24 business hours. The COA includes HPLC results, mass-spectrometry identity, net content, and a verifiable batch number.
How long does shipping take?
Worldwide tracked shipping in 10–14 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET dispatch the same day; orders placed after 14:00 CET dispatch the next business day. You receive an email with the tracking link the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. KineticPep ships internationally via tracked courier. Shipping is free on orders over €150 EUR; below the threshold the cost is €15 EUR flat regardless of destination country.
How are customs handled?
Parcels are shipped with a customs declaration consistent with “research material — not for human consumption”. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Verifying local research-chemical import regulations is the buyer’s responsibility.
What happens if a parcel is lost or held by customs?
Tracking and base insurance are included on every shipment. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier or seized by customs, contact us within 30 days of dispatch with your order number; we evaluate each case for reshipment or refund according to our Lost Package Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via secure 3-D Secure checkout. Card details are never stored on our servers. All prices are listed in EUR.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from approval. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For product issues (broken vials, wrong label, content not matching COA), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How should I store the peptides I receive?
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature during transit. On arrival, store them at 2–8 °C (refrigerator), upright, away from light. After reconstitution, use the contents within approximately 4 weeks, keeping the vial at 2–8 °C.
Which solvent should I use for reconstitution?
For most peptides: Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — the standard research-use solvent. For acid-sensitive peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, or GHK-Cu: Acetic Acid Water (0.6% acetic). Both solvents are available in our catalogue under Solvents.
Do you sell to individuals or only to labs and companies?
Our products are intended for qualified researchers. Purchasing implies the customer operates in a laboratory-research context and has the competence to handle chemical material. We do not require formal certifications but reserve the right not to fulfil orders we believe are intended for inappropriate use.
Can I ask for dosage advice or human-use protocols?
No. KineticPep sells strictly for laboratory research, not for use on humans or animals. For any protocol involving a living organism, consult a qualified physician or veterinarian. Our AI assistant Kira is programmed to decline every dosage or human-protocol request.
