These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kineticpep.com (the “Site”) operated by International Limited, registered office ul. Szczecinska 49, docks 45-48, 66-400 Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these Terms in full.

1. Products and intended use

All products offered by KineticPep are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, injection, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that you assume full responsibility for the handling, storage, and application of the material in a research context.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are intended for uses inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Estimated delivery is stated at checkout and depends on destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Verifying local research-chemical import regulations is the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receipt, without justification, provided the product is unopened and unused. Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns, replacements, and lost or seized packages.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and structured data — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, and its affiliates from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms or from any misuse of a product purchased from the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Gorzow Wielkopolski, Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your habitual residence within the EU.
